Creamy Mocha Iced Coffee that's Weight Watchers approved!

I am addicted to Iced Coffee!  I really am. I not only drink it in the heat of the summer, I also love it on the coldest of winter days as well.  My favorite is Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino, but lately I haven't been able to have one as often as I like because I started doing Weight Watchers right after Thanksgiving.  I was trying to get a jump on the holiday pounds I usually put on.  I'm just about 10 pounds from my goal weight and I am thrilled about that, but using up 6 of my daily points for a Frappuccino is just too hard to do every day.  So I started experimenting with making my own.  And I created a Creamy Mocha Iced Coffee that only uses 2 Weight Watchers Points for a 16 oz glass (not including the ice).  It does not taste like Starbucks (no one compares to Starbucks) but it works as a great substitute to satisfy my daily cravings.  I do have the real thing once a week as my special treat.

Here is how to make your own Creamy Mocha Iced Coffee for just 2 Weight Watchers Points:

Blend together:
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Blue Diamond Almond Milk [2 WW Points]
  • 1 Cup of cooled strong-brewed Starbucks coffee (I brew up a small pot then keep it in the fridge) [0 WW Points]
  • Splenda (to taste, I use 3 packets) [0 WW Points]
  • 2 Tablespoons of Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup [0 WW Points]

Pour in a tall glass filled with ice and Enjoy -for only 2 WW Points!

  2. Sounds delicious! I tend to drink iced coffees more in the summer, but will file this away and give it a try.

    1. Thank you Karen. I find I drink mine way to fast in the summer because it is so warm but in the winter I can slow down and enjoy the taste.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
